What's on the menu for today's pot luck?
We have:
Entrees:
Su Yiin's and Zhi Yen's hand-tossed salad with tuna
Su Yiin's thick pumpkin soup
Cole's garlic bread (hah! store bought)
Main Courses:
Zhi Yen's italian herb mashed potatoes
Melissa's seasoned round steak with creamy mushroom sauce
Li Gang's peppered pan-fried swordfish with olive oil dressing
Kenny's thin spaghetti carbonara
Roger's omelette with savoury tomato sauce
Charin's five spice deep-fried chicken
Dessert:
Sara's carrot walnut cake with icing
Comments:
Success! YES! The mushroom sauce was a definite success..although the round steaks could have been tenderer (i need to get myself a meat mallet..haha)..so yes guys, maybe in malaysia, I MIGHT just decide to cook for you guys..=)
But yes, the dinner was definitely a success. Everything proved to be delectable and savoury. And besides, give us credit man..everything was handmade. =D
